The growth we have achieved means we are now in the privileged position of being the first choice technology recruiter for some of the most exciting and innovative international businesses of today.

In 2001, Next Ventures adopted a strategic plan to concentrate on generating a sizeable capital reserve to use for re-investment purposes when we felt the market dictated growth. In 2006, we seized the opportunity and the graph below demonstrates our continuing year on year growth.

  • Customer loyalty – We are in a fortunate position in that a number of our customers have worked with us for over ten years. The extensive repeat business we enjoy is down to the quality of delivery of our niche Large Enterprise Recruitment services, given sustenance by our customers continued support, recommendations and referrals.
  • New client growth around the world – In 2011, 65% of our clients were based in EMEA and currently 70% of our business is carried out overseas. Our growth has allowed us to open subsidiary offices throughout the world now also in Switzerland, Germany and Brazil.
  • Our specialist consultants – Our consultants are highly experienced, practiced technology experts in their own right, well versed in local languages and cultures throughout the world, with un-matched networks of qualified professionals covering a number of niche Large Enterprise Technologies.
