Authentication Project manager (Identity and access management)

 

Next Ventures are currently executing a search for a Authentication Project manager (Identity and access management) for an exciting new programme in Southampton on the west coast.

 

Project Manager of the authentication solution implementation on the Platform transformation Programme (PTP)

Technology proficient project manager

Proven track record in co-ordination of security solutions. Familiarity with challenges of multi-platform Identity and access management projects

Evidence of leading team sizes of scale 20-30 FTE on 12-18 month duration engagements

Individual must have strong co-ordination skills with ability to support problem solving across software Development Life cycle  SDLC to forward manage risk mitigation activity required to ensure high quality product

Good stakeholder management skills and comfortable in collaborative situations at all levels.

Able to work in early stage uncertainty, uses variety of techniques to create visibility of challenges and create plan

 

Working with a team of 20-30 people, clearly assigning the activities and ensuring they are delivered per the plan

Responsibility for coordination across the SDLC from requirements through architecture, into vendor management build and test.

Working with a multi-vendor model, covering product configuration, new build and integration with legacy IT systems.

Creating a clear plan with all the dependencies involving multiple stakeholders, vendors

Tacking progress against plan maintained at both detail and summary levels to ensure team and stakeholders are hearing the same messages

Understanding the challenges in delivery with each area and clearly communicating the risks and issues to the programme leadership

Experience working in Insurance, Banking, Wealth Management

Preferably PRINCE 2 / PMI Certified (Not Mandatory)

Exposure to OKTA 

 

Duration 6-12 months starting asap.
