Desktop Support Engineer / 2nd Line Support

 

Next Ventures are currently looking for a Desktop Support Engineer / 2nd Line Support Engineer to join an Insurance firm in the City of London. You will be joining a team of 8 tasked with providing very smooth and competent face to face support with as little escalations as possible.

 

Desktop Support Engineer / 2nd Line Support; Skills & experience needed:

 

  • Office 365
  • MS Windows Server 2008 & 2012
  • Windows 7 & 10 Desktop
  • MS Office 2016
  • MS Exchange 2012
  • SharePoint / One Drive Administration
  • Mimecast / Sophos
  • System Centre (Config Manager) SCCM

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Desktop Support Engineer / 2nd Line Support; Networking and troubleshooting:

 

  • DHCP
  • DNS
  • IP Config
  • VLANs
