The Make to Demand (MTD) and R&D team will focus on processes in the areas of manufacturing, plant maintenance, quality management, warehouse management and R&D while being a part of the Global IT Center of Excellence team. The CoE team is part of the Global IT Enterprise Solutions department. In your role as Business Process Manager you will supervise and participate in quality management and warehouse management projects. Working with the business, you will be responsible for deploying IT solutions to the factories and engaging with central engineering to support the business in achieving their goals and strategy.

A key part of your role is to establish a platform of services & offerings based on clear and consistent standards and guidelines to ensure smooth & seamless delivery with the shortest time to market, lowest TCO and not compromising security, quality & business continuity.

You will provide Process Area Expertise in the CoE that oversees IT Solution’s complementing the Common Business Model (CBM) template. Being the enabler in unlocking Business Value through implementations, roll outs, upgrades, facilitating continuous improvement to the business processes, application maintenance and application life cycle management is a key aspect of your role.

Additionally, you will work closely & seamlessly with Business & IT Stakeholders and Technology partners to assist in formulating the strategy of COE through Standardization, Harmonization & Simplification of Processes & IT solutions and with clear KPI’s to improve Business Value.

Next to that you will be accountable as Template Custodian & Business Process Architect -  to Manage, Maintain & Improve the IT template & solutions complementing the Business Processes.

  • To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience in similar Business Process Management is required.
  • You should have Minimum 7+ years of IT and Business/Industry work experience and have been part of large global multi–million dollar implementation programs with experience in process lead roles, working on design thinking, application selection, blue printing, design, build, testing, deployment and user training.
  • You will need deep expertise in SAP WM and preferable SAP QM.
  • Experience with scanning applications is considered as a plus.
  • Knowledge of technical integration between SAP & Non-SAP applications is required.
  • Industry experience with a FMCG company will be a nice to have.
