SAP EWM Support consultant
Next Ventures is urgently looking for a SAP EWM consultant for a role based In Utrecht and surrounding areas.
Client is looking for a Hypercare Consultant with good EWM and reasonable ECC (SD/MM) knowledge to help with the go-live of the SAP template during the Mass Deployment phase of the project. The scope of the template contains Sales Orders & STO/PO, deliveries & shipments, RTI, EDI and iDoc monitoring, inbound goods movements including putaway, controlling the warehouse processes and solutions for all material types, outbound goods movements including internal and external customer deliveries and monitoring of process execution (clean desk/KPI). Your main job is to:
Support the Go-Live event on location.
Support the end user organization during the first weeks of execution according to the new business and system processes.
Support defect investigation and resolution according to the agreed escalation path in case of business impact.
Ensure the template solution and the foreseen as-is state is adopted in the business as usual situation.
Prepare Go-Live Documents as necessary (Work Instructions, Job Aids, Technical Documentation).
If needed, support the Stock Conversion Activity before and during the Go-Live Event.
The consultant we are looking for is a communicative and self-managed professional with experience within SAP EWM 9.0 or higher. You have a good understanding of key OTC-D (OTD) business processes and an in-depth knowledge of (part of) the global template solutions within the OTD domain. Next to that you are an all-round team player capable of working in a global environment. You work in a team of experts to prepare the business for the mass deployment of the Cheese template solution and address operational and functional challenges, ensuring that the global solution is functioning as expected.
There are multiple locations in scope spread over the Netherlands with most of them in the North (Friesland/Groningen). The roll-out of the solution is divided over 3 go-lives with multiple locations at the same time. You will be assigned to one location for each go-live.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
Willingness to be on location and working in a shift pattern in the period from week 8-27

3+ years of implementation experience with at least 1 full life cycle implementation of EWM 9.0 or above.
Experience or training related to ECC 6.0 is a distinct advantage.
Operational supply chain experience within warehousing and distribution is a distinct advantage.
Experience of large scale ERP implementations preferably within the food or FMCG industry.
Specific SAP requirements
Knowledge of SAP Extended warehouse Management (EWM) solution capabilities and business processes including cross functional integration touch-points.
Knowledge of SAP ECC SD/MM solution capabilities including and business processes including cross functional integration touch-points.
Significant, proven experience within SAP EWM 9.0 or higher.
Thorough knowledge of business processes within SAP EWM 9.0 or higher.
Min 3 years’ experience in SAP SD/MM in SAP ECC 6.0.
Experience with all phases of roll-out.
Deliver key user and direct end user support for a given operational area.
Ensure template adoption for all in scope processes and solutions.
Support the Day In A Life (DIAL) Phase before the Go-Live Event.
