A multinational company based in South Holland is looking for an experienced Service Desk Manager.

Ideal Candidates will have:

·         2-3 years of service desk experience

·         HBO education level ideally

·         Knowledge of and experience in IT Service Management (ITSM)

·         Dell, Office365, SharePoint, TopDesk experience

·         Outgoing, can- do attitude

·         Comfortable managing a team of 5+ people
