Oracle Expands Oracle Customer 2 Cloud Program Amid Customer Success
Program now available to help Oracle ERP, HCM, and CRM customers quickly and easily convert on-premises applications to the cloud
ORACLE OPENWORLD, SAN FRANCISCO – September 30, 2014
Oracle Cloud continues to show strong adoption, supporting 62 million users and 23 billion transactions each day. Oracle Cloud runs on 30,000 devices and 400 petabytes of storage in 19 data centers around the world. To help even more customers adopt its cloud applications, Oracle has expanded the Oracle Customer 2 Cloud program to Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (Oracle ERP) and Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (Oracle EPM) customers. Oracle customers using ERP applications from Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle’s PeopleSoft, Oracle’s JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, Oracle's JD Edwards World ERP and Oracle Hyperion EPM can now join Oracle Human Capital Management (Oracle HCM) and Oracle CRM customers to take advantage of the innovative program’s flexible financial models, rapid startup services, and packaged cloud integrations to confidently embrace the cloud and use it to support business transformation initiatives. Oracle has also expanded Oracle PartnerNetwork programs for Oracle Customer 2 Cloud to help partners successfully transition their business practices to the cloud.
Extending its commitment to helping organizations confidently embrace the cloud and use it to support business transformation initiatives, Oracle has expanded the Oracle Customer 2 Cloud
In response to the success and strong interest from customers and Oracle partners, the Oracle Customer 2 Cloud program is now open to Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (Oracle ERP) and Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (Oracle EPM) customers and is planned to be available globally through Oracle PartnerNetwork
To further accelerate the delivery of business value in the cloud, Oracle Customer 2 Cloud now also includes expanded partner programs, trainings, and validated services to help Oracle partners transition their business practices to the cloud.
With the expansion of Oracle Customer 2 Cloud, the program can now expedite the delivery of business value in the cloud for almost every part of a customer’s organization and help lower the overall cost of ownership for Oracle’s CRM, HCM, and ERP customers.
By providing packaged integrations between the most popular on-premises and cloud applications, Oracle Customer 2 Cloud also gives Oracle CRM, HCM, and ERP customers the flexibility to shift to a hybrid model in which on-premises and cloud applications work together for greater efficiency.
“The OAUG community is very interested to learn more about Oracle’s Customer 2 Cloud program. It’s something only Oracle can offer its existing customers, and it addresses many of the common challenges our members face when looking to adopt the latest modern innovations in Oracle’s broad suite of SaaS applications. With today’s announcement that ERP applications are also eligible for the program, Oracle E-Business Suite customers now have additional options to get to Oracle Cloud,” said Alyssa Johnson, President, Oracle Applications User Group.
“The Customer 2 Cloud program makes it that much easier for Oracle on-premise applications clients to get their hands on the hottest new capabilities in Oracle Cloud, and get value fast,” said Ravi Kumar, executive vice president and global head, Oracle Practice, Infosys.
“We want to make it as quick and easy as possible for our customers to realize the huge business benefits that the cloud offers,” said Rod Johnson, group vice president, Oracle Applications and Industries Solutions Group. “Since we launched the Oracle Customer 2 Cloud program earlier this year, it has been very successful and we have seen strong interest from customers, partners, and user groups. By expanding the program, we are now able to help Oracle ERP customers and our extensive partner network accelerate the delivery of business value in the cloud.”
