WALLDORF — SAP SE today announced the appointment of Michael Kleinemeier and Steve Singh as new members to its Global Managing Board, effective immediately.
In his role as regional president of Middle and Eastern Europe (MEE), Michael Kleinemeier was responsible for all go-to-market activities for the entire SAP product portfolio, including Services. Now, as member of the Global Managing Board, he takes over responsibility to lead SAP Service and Support worldwide. Together with Gerhard Oswald, member of the Executive Board, and Helen Arnold, head of Cloud Delivery and CIO, Kleinemeier will guide the future of the Global Service & Support board area. A successor for Kleinemeier’s MEE regional president role will be announced soon.
Steve Singh, CEO of Concur, takes on responsibility for SAP’s Business Network strategy. With Ariba, Fieldglass and Concur, SAP provides the largest global network of digitally connected business partners to help companies collaborate more efficiently, organize and adapt resources more quickly, and innovate processes and new business models. CEO of Concur since 1996, Singh joined SAP as part of SAP’s acquisition of Concur in December 2014.
